In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the kkjl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the kkjl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kkjl platform and, if you have an account, close it by contacting kkjl customer support. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to kkjl's real-money gaming services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. PAGCOR mandates this as the minimum legal gambling age for all casino and online gaming activities in the Philippines. kkjl enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of kkjl, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kkjl, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous kkjl account terminated for violation of these Terms.

kkjl reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the time specified by kkjl will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if verification is not completed.

Each eligible Player may register one and only one kkjl account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing management:

• One Account per Person: Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. kkjl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kkjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify kkjl customer support immediately via live chat or email.
• Account Closure: You may close your kkjl account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure, above the minimum withdrawal threshold, will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification.

kkjl is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of the following:

• A clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, National ID (PhilSys), or PRC Professional ID.
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside the submitted ID document.
• Where required for enhanced verification: a clear photo of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your current address in the Philippines, dated within the past 90 days.

kkjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence for large transactions, as required by applicable law. All submitted KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with kkjl's Privacy Policy and Philippine data protection laws.

kkjl accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment method belonging to another person is used to fund a kkjl account — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits into kkjl accounts:

• GCash (e-wallet) — Minimum deposit: PHP 100; Maximum deposit: PHP 50,000 per transaction (subject to GCash daily limits)
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — Minimum deposit: PHP 100; Maximum deposit: PHP 50,000 per transaction
• BPI Online Banking via Instapay or PESONet — Minimum deposit: PHP 500
• BDO Online Banking via Instapay or PESONet — Minimum deposit: PHP 500

Deposit limits, processing times, and available methods are subject to change at kkjl's discretion. Current information is displayed in the Cashier section of your kkjl account. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawals from a kkjl account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is PHP 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name. kkjl will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
• The standard GCash withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• kkjl reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed PHP 100,000 or that trigger anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• kkjl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, receiving institutions (banks, e-wallets) may apply their own processing fees.

kkjl offers various bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by kkjl are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will expire and be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, collusion, or technical exploitation constitutes bonus abuse. kkjl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in all such cases.
• Bonus Modifications: kkjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts.

All games available on the kkjl platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. kkjl publishes certified Return to Player (RTP) figures for all software-based games. kkjl does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the published house edge inherent in each game's design.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, kkjl will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. If a game result cannot be verified, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account at kkjl's discretion. kkjl's decision on such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkjl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. kkjl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all associated balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund a kkjl account without their legally authorized consent.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole card information in poker variants or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the kkjl platform for any criminal purpose in violation of the Philippines Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or any applicable law.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of deposits that have been wagered at kkjl.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward kkjl staff or other players.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim new-member promotions or systematically wagering in patterns designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

kkjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including unauthorized payment chargebacks.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or collusion.
• A court order, law enforcement directive, or PAGCOR instruction requiring account restriction or closure.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• At kkjl's reasonable discretion for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes, even in the absence of a specific rule violation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kkjl will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 calendar days. The Player will be notified of the outcome and, where the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored.

Where an account is terminated for cause (breach of these Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited at kkjl's discretion, subject to the nature and severity of the violation. kkjl's determination on forfeiture matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

kkjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. kkjl actively supports responsible gaming through the following tools and policies, all of which are available to every registered Player at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased before the applicable waiting period (24 hours for daily limits; 7 days for weekly; 30 days for monthly).
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for gaming but withdrawals of Real Money Balance remain available.

All content on the kkjl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, design, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, audio, video, text, and data — is the exclusive property of kkjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kkjl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kkjl content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kkjl software or technology.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from kkjl content.
• Use kkjl branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorization from kkjl.

The kkjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kkjl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kkjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. kkjl will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if kkjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173, the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of kkjl's data collection and processing practices are set out in the kkjl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using kkjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and service improvement. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact kkjl customer support to resolve disputes informally. kkjl will endeavour to resolve all good-faith complaints within 14 business days of receipt. kkjl's gaming operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight; unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

kkjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via registered mobile number SMS notification, email, or prominent notice on the kkjl platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of a dispute will govern that dispute. The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the most recent version. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon written request to kkjl customer support.
